According to the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator Test, I am ESFJ. I am motivated by the outside world. I use my own common sense to make decisions. I am driven by my emotions and the emotions of others. I like to be organized and use this organization to help make decisions. I enjoy being around people and making connections with those I interact with. I tend to thrive in harmonious environments and will try to create one if it is not already established. I am a fiercely loyal person and stick by my values. The Myers-Briggs personality assessment test is a great way to figure out how you interact with people and how to get along with people who are different than you.
Below are a few points from Myers-Briggs to help explain my type more fully.

· Mentally live in the Now, attending to present opportunities
· Using common sense and creating practical solutions is automatic-instinctual
· Like clear and concrete information; dislike guessing when facts are "fuzzy”
Feeling:

· Naturally sensitive to people's needs and reactions
· Unsettled by conflict; have almost a toxic reaction to disharmony
